Terms and Conditions of Use for the v12my Platform

1. Definitions

In this agreement, the following words carry the meanings stated:

• "Platform" — refers to the v12my website, mobile application and all related digital services.
• "Account" — a user account legitimately registered under the player's real name.
• "Balance" — the total funds available in a player's account at any given time.
• "Bonus" — an incentive or additional credit granted by v12my subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the number of times the bonus value must be wagered before winnings can be withdrawn.
• "KYC" — the identity verification process (Know Your Customer) that requires players to submit identification documents.

2. Player Eligibility

Use of the v12my platform is limited to individuals who meet all of the following requirements:

• At least 21 years old on the date of registration.
• Not subject to any legal restriction or court order that prohibits participation in online betting activities.
• Registering in a personal capacity and not on behalf of any organisation or business entity.
• Not currently on an active self-exclusion programme at v12my or any other platform.

3. Account Registration and Management

Each player is only allowed one active account. Registering multiple accounts by the same individual — using the same name, identity card, email address, mobile number or payment method — is a violation of these terms. v12my reserves the right to restrict, suspend or close all related accounts and withhold any existing balance.

During registration, players are required to provide accurate, complete and current information. v12my uses a KYC verification process that requires a copy of a MyKad or equivalent identity document. Failure to submit the required documents may delay the withdrawal process.

Players are fully responsible for keeping their account username and password confidential. Any activity that occurs within the account is considered to have been carried out or authorised by the account holder.

4. Fund Deposits

v12my accepts deposits via the following methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking (FPX) and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH).

• The minimum deposit for all payment methods is RM30.
• Deposited funds will be credited to the player's account once payment is confirmed by the system.
• Players are strictly prohibited from depositing funds obtained illegally or using payment methods that do not belong to them.
• v12my is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party payment service providers.

5. Withdrawals

Players may request a withdrawal at any time subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 for all methods.
• Withdrawals are usually processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours after the request is approved.
• Withdrawals must use the same payment method as the original deposit, except in specific circumstances determined by the v12my finance team.
• If bonus wagering requirements have not been met, winnings associated with that bonus are not eligible for withdrawal until the wagering requirement is completed.
• v12my reserves the right to request additional verification before approving withdrawals of large amounts.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

v12my offers various promotions to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the stated wagering requirements. Players should understand the following conditions before accepting any bonus:

• Welcome Bonus: 150% of the first deposit amount up to a maximum of RM500, with a wagering requirement of 20 times the bonus value. Example: a deposit of RM100 receives a bonus of RM150 — balance becomes RM250 — total wagering required is RM150 × 20 = RM3,000.
• Bonuses cannot be converted directly into cash.
• Bonus abuse, including the use of automated software or strategies found to manipulate wagering requirements, may result in bonus cancellation and account closure.
• v12my reserves the right to change, suspend or withdraw any promotion without prior notice.

7. Player Responsibilities

By using the v12my platform, you agree to comply with all of the following rules:

• Not to use automated software, bots or any unauthorised method to gain an advantage in games.
• Not to attempt to hack, modify or interfere with the v12my platform systems.
• Not to engage in any fraudulent activity, money laundering or illegal financing through this platform.
• Not to share or transfer your account to another individual under any circumstances.
• Ensuring that your use of this platform is lawful under the local laws of your jurisdiction.
• Not using a VPN or other technical means to access the platform from restricted regions.

8. Responsible Gambling

v12my takes player addiction and mental health seriously. The platform provides several tools to help players manage their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limit: Players can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits through their account settings.
• Loss Limit: A loss limit can be set for a specific period to control spending.
• Break Period: Players can request a temporary break from betting activity.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who need further help can apply for long-term self-exclusion.

9. Account Restrictions and Termination

• Use of multiple accounts by the same individual.
• Attempts to exploit system bugs or technical vulnerabilities of the platform.

In cases of account termination due to a violation, v12my reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending further investigation. For terminations requested by the player, any existing balance will be processed once all wagering requirements have been met.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, v12my is not liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred by players as a result of betting activity on this platform.
• Service disruptions caused by system maintenance, technical failures or circumstances beyond our control.
• The accuracy or completeness of information provided by third parties, including game providers.
• Unauthorised access to a player's account due to the player's negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.

Games provided by third-party developers such as PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, JILI and Spribe are subject to the respective provider's terms. v12my makes no guarantees regarding game outcomes or the payout value of any game title.

11. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

In the event of any conflict between the Malay version and the English version of this document, the English version shall be regarded as the prevailing version for legal interpretation purposes.
